After shopping and speaking with well over 1/2 dozen potential lenders for my cash out refinance, Rubin was the last and best of all. To think, I almost didn’t allow him to assist as I was already convinced to go elsewhere and quite frankly exhausted from this refi exercise. He came in lower, he was extremely knowledgeable, the list of documents requested standard not ridiculously long like some lenders, doc portal upload extremely simple and user friendly. Best of all closed in 5 business days! I’ve already recommended him to assist my colleague. Selecting Rubin is a no-brainer and I whole heartedly highly recommend. Victoria A.

Rubin and his assistant Giselle were always available to answer questions and constantly kept us updated on the progress of our loan. Everything was done via the internet and being not particularly tech savvy we always view this with some trepidation, but uploading documents was flawless and easy to do using the protocols provided by Rubin. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process.
