To think, I almost didn’t allow him to assist as I was already convinced to go elsewhere and quite frankly exhausted from this refi exercise. He came in lower, he was extremely knowledgeable, the list of documents requested standard not ridiculously long like some lenders, doc portal upload extremely simple and user friendly.
